Having a Kelley Blue Book WHOLESALE value of over $17,000, this is a steal at $10,000! You probably just asked out loud "What's wrong with it?" and of course we tell all. Even thou this motorhome has been in Arizona for years, it came from Canada. Therefore, there is some rust on the underside. Other than the generator rack needing a little support, nothing is seriously rusted through. The entire exhaust system was replaced two years ago, but you can hear that there is a small leak. Since it's Canadian, the speedometer and odometer are in Kilometers. The kilometers, which are actual, convert to about 29,100 miles! The miles are low because it was lived in and occasionally smoked in, but the smoke odor is very light and is diminishing daily. The last negative is that there is minor cosmetic water damage under the drivers side window.
